If your coffee has a sour or off taste, it is typically related to residual cleaning solution remaining in the machine. 

After running a cleaning cycle, small amounts of cleaning solution may remain in the system. While completely safe, this can affect flavor and result in a sour taste.

Recommended Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Run Additional Rinse Cycles

• Insert a blank Cumulus cleaning capsule

• Run 1–2 rinse cycles to flush out any remaining solution
