If the light around the brew button is pulsing green, this indicates that the capsule holder is stuck in the closed position. The machine is note able to brew while this is occurring.

Recommended Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Unplug the machine from the power source.

2. Wait approximately 15 minutes.

3. Plug the machine back in.

This allows the machine to fully reset and may release the capsule holder/clear the green light.
