You’ll be charged automatically before each shipment. We’ll send an email reminder 3-5 days in advance, so you have time to make any changes before your order is processed.

Is the Cumulus subscription only for coffee?

Yes, at this time our subscription program is only for coffee sleeves. Bundles are excluded, but you can add multiple sleeves to your subscription to receive a variety of coffee in each order.

No, subscriptions are only available for individual coffee sleeves. However, you can select multiple sleeves in your subscription to receive a variety of coffee in each order.

Can I subscribe to accessories, syrups, and maintenance items?

No, subscriptions are only available for coffee at this time. Accessories, syrups, and maintenance items can be added as one-time purchases to your upcoming orders.

How do I update or manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription anytime by logging in to your account on our website. Your account is associated with the email you used to place your subscription order. From the Subscriptions tab, you can:
